Emina has been in the settlement industry for over 20 years. Starting as an outside clerk and then moving to the finance industry has given her the full view of a property settlement transaction.

She has been fortunate to of previously worked for some of Western Australia’s largest settlement agents,  allowing her to work with a variety of transaction. This ranges from new subdivisions, title applications, related party transactions and real estate land transfers and many more.

With having a family of her own she understands how important it is to have a settlement agent that is both professional and friendly.
